As well as having extensive experience as an actor, I have also won awards for my writing and directing.
I am comfortable with sight-reading, Shakespeare, new writing and particularly enjoy comedy.
I have only recently returned to acting after spending several years writing and directing for the theatre.
I now wish to re-establish myself as an actor who takes himself and his work seriously.
In the past, I have carved out a niche as the 'bad guy' or 'heavy'. I think my most recent headshot suggests I'm still in the running for such roles.
I have studied stage combat to a high degree and am also weapons trained. Paul Herbert trained fight sequences (Centurion) and Steve Ralphs trained on longbow (Robin Hood).
I am also a French dialogue and accent coach. I speak fluent French.
